Unprofessional. Communication issues- representative tells fees on messanger, then changes it once you walk though the door to quadruple the price. When you show them the message quoting service fees, they deny it. This is called bait and switch. No accountability for their mistakes.
The appointment was arranged with a man the day before as written in the Botim messages. The man told me to see a specific person. That person wasn't available so I was taken to another person who agreed with the receptionist ahead of time to do a free consult because there was no mention of one on Botim the day before by the representative. When I didn't accept paying the quadrupled price, I was told they couldn't help me, my rental contract is not legal, and get out. This rude behavior was done to me not once but twice by two different people. They had me wait for an hour and a half in the office to see the man I was told to see who wasn't available. I was told to wait and speak to him by the man on Botim. Every half hour I was told another half hour he will come. The representative who told me the fees to write the memorandum and open the case and to visit the next day was somehow unavailable on his phone afterwards. He rejected my calls nor replied to my messages. It's a very bad way to welcome new customers into the office and a very unprofessional way to treat them. Lack of trust. Lack of transparency. When I asked who the man was on Botim, they avoided answering the question. After speaking to the second man, he and the receptionists avoided calling the representative to hold him accountable for the fees he quoted me on Botim. When I showed them the Botim message, they denied the message with clearly stated fees and services. They looked at me with mean faces and inferred get out. Something strange went on there when I visited. I wasn't given exemplary service, instead I was hassled with my time and money wasted.
I had gone to open one case, and if possible open another. I discussed opening other cases in the future. I certainly don't have enough money to open 5 cases. I repeated many times that the first priority is the rental case which is why I visited that day. Bending the truth and manipulating facts is very unprofessional.
