I joined Creation Business Consultants when I first moved to Dubai, thinking they would make setting up my business easier. After the first year, I realised I could handle most of the tasks myself and no longer needed their services.
When I tried to leave, they told me I had to give 60 days’ notice — which I did — and I also paid all of my annual fees in full. Despite that, when I ended my contract, they tried to charge me an additional AED 5,000 just to issue a simple NOC and hand over access to my own IFZA portal.
They’ve been extremely difficult to deal with, unhelpful, and clearly more interested in finding ways to charge unnecessary fees than in supporting their clients. The cost of changing portal access should be minimal, but they use it to hold clients hostage.
