I paid Edubai Visa thinking I was hiring professionals. What I got was a masterclass in carelessness and blame-shifting.
They somehow managed to mess up my birthplace, passport place of issue, and even my travel purpose — despite having all my correct documents. When my visa got rejected, I reached out, assuming they’d at least acknowledge the mistake. Instead, they hit me with a straight face: “Oh, that’s how the immigration system fills things out.”
Excuse me? So you're just forwarding documents without checking anything? No review, no verification, no responsibility? What exactly did I pay you for — moral support?
To top it off, they proudly reminded me that “no refunds are issued regardless of the outcome.” Cool. So even when they mess it up, you're the one who pays the price.
Absolute waste of time, money, and trust. Do yourself a favor — apply alone or go with literally any other service. Avoid Edubai Visa unless you enjoy frustration and rejection served with a side of denial.
Absolutely shocking experience. I applied for a 14 day visa for my wife which was rejected. But the strangest thing is...it obviously would've been rejected because the 14 day visas are suspended by the UAE, but no...these thieves took the payment for a 14 day visa, no communication to apply for a 30 day visa...just a rejection.
How I found out that the 14 day visas were rejected? I applied with Emirates and it clearly states that 14 days are suspended.
