It grieves me to write this review but since I am not ablet to get hold of any assistance from Tameeni since 25 May 2025, I am resorting to a very dishonourable review. We had a minor "bumping" of our vehicle earlier this year. After multiple (MANY!) attempts at calling Tameeni's customer service line (which I have now been on for over 10 minutes literally waiting for someone to assist us), as well as mutliple emails asking Tameeni to confirm what else they need as part of the claim process, we are STILL WAITING AND IT HAS BEEN OVER 5 MONTHS! This is really pathetic service, I'm sorry to say. To add insult to injury, I noticed that our email address was "SOMEHOW???" added to their system completely incorrectly. Where they got the current email address from, who knows?! I have attempted to update it multiple times via the online portal, yet the updates are not allocated to our profile. What is going on??? Very bad service. I would not recommend Tameeni to anyone, sorry.
