Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I purchased insurance through them that included extra services (a car wash package). The service provider was unable to deliver the service to my address, and I’ve been struggling for more than three weeks to get a refund.
Their WhatsApp chat support is completely useless, and it’s nearly impossible to reach anyone by phone.
I now have no choice but to contact my bank to initiate a chargeback on my credit card.
I will also be filing a complaint with the Ministry of Commerce through the “Balagh” app.
